Survey first
We walk the plant and build a register of every lubrication point before recommending anything.
Consolidate
Most plants carry three times the grades they need. Fewer SKUs means fewer mistakes at the grease gun.
Measure
Oil analysis to ASTM methods, with alarm limits agreed in advance and quarterly trend reporting.
